Ingredients:

  • Nutara protein crumbles
  • Curd 200 ml
  • Cucumber – 1
  • Carrot – 1
  • Onion chopped – 1
  • Salt (add carefully, Nutara crumbles already have salt)

Steps:

  • Soak the soy crumbles in hot water for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, drain and strain the excess water.
