Crumble-based protein curry
How to eat?
Eat it directly like any other dish, or have it as a side dish for chapati or Dosa
Soak the Nutara crumbles in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain and squeeze out the excess water.
Ingredients:
- Nutara protein crumbles
- 1 big onion (chopped)
- 1 Chilli
- 1 small tomato (chopped)
- Curry leaves
- Ginger garlic paste
- Chilli powder
- Salt (add carefully, Nutara crumbles already have salt)
- Oil
- Coriander leaves
Steps:
- Heat a pan and add oil. Add onion and chilli, sauté well.
- Add ginger garlic paste and curry leaves, sauté until the raw smell leaves
- Add tomato and cook till soft.
- Add chilli powder and salt, mix well.
- Add the soaked Nutara protein crumbles and add water to cook. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Once the water reduces, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
