Crumbles Curry
Soak the crumbles in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain and squeeze out the excess water.
Ingredients:
- 1 big onion (chopped)
- 1 chilli
- 1 small tomato (chopped)
- Curry leaves
- Ginger garlic paste
- Chilli powder
- Salt (add carefully, soy crumbles already have salt)
- Oil
- Coriander leaves
Steps:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and chilli, sauté well.
- Add ginger garlic paste and curry leaves, sauté until the raw smell disappears.
- Add tomato and cook until soft.
- Add chilli powder and salt, mix well.
- Add the soaked soy crumbles and enough water. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Once the water reduces, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
