Crumble-based protein curry

How to eat?

Eat it directly like any other dish, or have it as a side dish for chapati or Dosa

Soak the Nutara crumbles in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain and squeeze out the excess water.

Ingredients:

  • Nutara protein crumbles
  • 1 big onion (chopped)
  • 1 Chilli
  • 1 small tomato (chopped)
  • Curry leaves
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Chilli powder
  • Salt (add carefully, Nutara crumbles already have salt)
  • Oil
  • Coriander leaves

Steps:

  • Heat a pan and add oil. Add onion and chilli, sauté well.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and curry leaves, sauté until the raw smell leaves
  • Add tomato and cook till soft.
  • Add chilli powder and salt, mix well.
  • Add the soaked Nutara protein crumbles and add water to cook. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Once the water reduces, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
