Crumbles Curry

Soak the crumbles in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain and squeeze out the excess water.

Ingredients:

  • 1 big onion (chopped)
  • 1 chilli
  • 1 small tomato (chopped)
  • Curry leaves
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Chilli powder
  • Salt (add carefully, soy crumbles already have salt)
  • Oil
  • Coriander leaves

Steps:

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and chilli, sauté well.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and curry leaves, sauté until the raw smell disappears.
  • Add tomato and cook until soft.
  • Add chilli powder and salt, mix well.
  • Add the soaked soy crumbles and enough water. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Once the water reduces, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
