Crumbles Salad
Ingredients:
- Crumbles
- Onion (finely chopped)
- Green chilli (finely chopped
- Cucumber (finely chopped)
- Tomato (finely chopped)
- Coriander leaves
- Thick curd
- Chaat masala
- Salt (add carefully)
Steps:
- Boil the crumbles on a high flame for about 7 minutes. Switch off the stove and immediately add some cold water to avoid overcooking. Strain the water and keep the crumbles aside.
- In a bowl, add onion, green chilli, cucumber, tomato, coriander leaves, thick curd (whisk well), chaat masala, and salt (add carefully since the crumbles already have some salt).
- Add the boiled crumbles and mix everything well.
Healthy crumble salad is ready to eat.
