Protein veg curd sald
Ingredients:
- Nutara protein crumbles
- Curd 200 ml
- Cucumber – 1
- Carrot – 1
- Onion chopped – 1
- Salt (add carefully, Nutara crumbles already have salt)
Steps:
- Soak the soy crumbles in hot water for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, drain and strain the excess water.
- Leave it in the fridge for 10 minutes. Take the bowl from the fridge
- Add cut cucumber, carrot, chopped onion, curd into the bowl
- Enjoy
